Product overview
The Challenge
Problem
Organisations handling thousands of physical and digital documents need a centralised, searchable system that processes scans in real time — not days.
How We Solved It
Approach
We built a Next.js platform with server side optical character recognition processing, WebSocket powered real time status updates and scheduled maintenance scripts. Deployed on Vercel with edge functions for global performance.
The Result
Outcome
Reduced end users' document analysis time by approximately seven minutes per ten page document. Automated classification removed the need for manual sorting on over 85 per cent of incoming files and cut administrative overhead by roughly twelve hours each week.
